Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform and its contents (logo, design, software and any data) are owned by the Administration.

No part of the Platform may be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

All development proposals submitted through the Platform remain the property of their author (the Developer) until a partnership agreement is executed or the rights are purchased.

No party may copy or reuse any submitted proposal, in whole or in part, except with the prior written consent of its owner.
